Senior Photography in Tallahassee, Florida
Ian’s senior photography session near Tallahassee, Florida has become one of my favorite senior guy sessions to date. Ian is a young man of many hobbies, aspirations, and achievements. When his mom told me about him, I could tell how proud she was. After spending an afternoon with them both, I can clearly see why! We made it a point to be sure that Ian’s senior portraits showcased his personality. He has spent a lot of time volunteering at Hands and Hearts for Horses, which has put him in Thomasville, Georgia quite a bit. He loves the historic buildings in the town, so we included those in parts of his session. One of Ian’s hobbies is working on his car, an older model Mustang. These are some of my favorites because you can tell Ian felt right at home around the car. Plus, he looked super cool while doing it!
As usual, my ultimate favorites from Ian’s session are those with him and his horse, Lachlan. Lachlan is kept at Cavallo Farms in Monticello, Florida. Ian has spent countless hours the past few years at Cavallo learning as much as he can about horses, riding, and building relationships with others who also love horses. He is on the IEA team and regularly competes his own horse, Lach, in local and rated shows across Florida. Ian has decided to continue his equestrian journey while attending the University of Florida this fall on the UF Hunt Seat Team. It is a pleasure to know Ian, and to have been the one to take his senior portraits. I am excited to see where this next year takes him with Lachlan, and in school. Ian’s mom chose to display his senior portraits in a gorgeous album with a name plate (to show off his equestrian hobby!).
