Bride and groom portraits taken at Clark Plantation Wedding in North Florida.

Mr. and Mrs. Farmer!! This Clark Plantation wedding was ah-mazing! I have known Andrea and Pat for several years now which made their wedding special to me. I first met Andrew years ago while we were both trying out for the University of Florida Equestrian Team. I remember carpooling with Andrea since our try-out was at the same time. When I met her, I was shocked to see that she drove a BIG truck! About a year after that experience Andrea asked me to take photos of her and Pat for the first time. She jokingly said that she wanted a photo of both of them with their trucks… because it was funny that hers was bigger! Now, several years later, we finally got to their inevitable wedding.

The Farmer’s day was nothing short of great. Everything from the details, the weather, the ceremony, was all perfect. Andrea managed to find a happy medium between southern and elegant which worked well for her style. I have been impressed with Andrea from the start of wedding planning! She has kept everything organized, gone to school, and worked through the process. She even made her own flowers (which I’m still confused about) out of wood chips. Andrea looked absolutely STUNNING in her wedding gown, it’s no wonder that Pat got a little teary eyed as she got out of the antique yellow Chevrolet.

If anyone knows Pat, they know that he hates photos. On his wedding day, Pat didn’t seem to mind. I like to think that was because he was so excited to be marrying Andrea, who he’s waited for for years. At their Clark Plantation wedding, Pat willingly smiled for all photos, and was the perfect model to get Andrea laughing during their couples portraits. It has been such an honor to get to work with Andrea and Pat time after time and watch their relationship grow… that’s why I wasn’t surprised when Pat shoved cake into Andrea’s face… even when we all said that wasn’t a good choice! After Pat shoved cake in Andrea’s face, he tried to run, but the groomsmen got to him first! They held Pat down while Andrea got her payback, I think we were all crying laughing!

Mr. and Mrs. Farmer, thank you for choosing me to be a part of your special day. I am excited to see where laugh takes you as an official “Mr. and Mrs.”!
